Two con artists, Vicky (Ajay Devgan) and Sakshi (Preity Zinta), get into trouble after they accidentally kill mobster Bhanwarlal’s (Deep Dhillon) brother. Bhanwarlal swears to avenge the death of his brother and sets out on a massive hunt to track down Vicky and eliminate him. But mistakenly Bhanwarlal kills Rohit Verma (Ajay Devgan), who is a look-alike of Vicky. The mistaken identity causes Sakshi to think that Vicky is dead and leaves her devastated. Meanwhile unknown to Sakshi and Bhanwarlal, Vicky is still alive and reaches Manali where he finds out about Rohit. Vicky discovers that Rohit is a wealthy man and in pursuit of money……….
