Veerendra Kumar (Raj Babbar) is a reporter with a publication called ‘Satyachap’. After his investigations about some shady on-goings in the city, he concludes that a prominent member of the community Shetty (Sadashiv Amrapurkar), is the one behind all these bad and some illegal things happening in the city. He decides to write a headline article and expose about these happenings done by Shetty. But, there is a twist in the tale, before this article could be distributed in the city…
