Wealthy Ranjit Singh Lobo (Danny Denzongpa) recruits Professor Satish Khurana (Raaj Kumar) to tutor his son, Manjit (Danny Denzongpa). Satish reluctantly accepts this assignment to reform the trouble maker, Manjit and surprisingly brings about a positive change in him.
